The main process of screening travellers from abroad include the process of downloading and activating MySejahtera application by Travellers prior to departure, followed by scanning the QR code for the ‘Travellers from Abroad’ and completing MySejahtera Pre–Departure form via the MySejahtera application at the country’s Point of Entry (POE).
MySejahtera application has a new feature of ‘Travellers’ icon’ on the homepage to ease the screening process and facilitate the entry of travellers at the POE.
A link directed to the Home Quarantine Application (HQA) portal (https://hso.moh.gov.my/outbreak-portal-hqa/index) also available to facilitate travellers who are eligible to apply for home quarantine.
