On 12 February 2022 (Saturday), Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou and MAYCHAM GBA had co-organized the Chinese New Year gathering at MISE Guangzhou Restaurant. It is for strengthening relationships and networking between the home-based staff with Malaysians residing in Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. Besides that, some Chinese businessmen were invited to attend this event. We also taking the opportunity to promote Malaysian’s culture ‘Lao Sheng’ to Chinese friends.
The event also served as an important platform for home-based staff to explain the latest information and policies by the Government of Malaysia especially on trade, investment, tourism, immigration and consular. Consul General also took the opportunity to remind all Malaysians always maintain the good name of Malaysia and respect the local rules and laws.
