On 31 March 2017, Mr. Guo Yu Kun, Executive President of Guangdong General Chamber of Commerce paid a courtesy call on Mr. Muzambli Markam, Consul General of Malaysia at the Trade Section, Consulate General’s office in Guangzhou.
2. During the meeting, Mr. Guo introduced CGCC to the Consul General and briefed on the role and activities undertaken by the Chamber. Both sides agreed to work together and explore possible collaboration in areas such as promoting bilateral trade and investment between Malaysia and Guangdong.
3. Also present during the meeting was Mr. Azhar Othman, Deputy Trade Consul and other senior representatives from CGCC.
