The Malaysian Association of Guangdong (MAG) held its Family Day on the 12 May 2012 at the Tianhe Park, Guangzhou. About 50 members and their family participated in the event. Among the activities organised during the day were “Location Hunting” and telematches. The members later congregated for lunch and prize giving ceremony. The event was also attended by the Consul General of Malaysia in Guangzhou, Mr. Francisco Munis and his family. The event has provided the opportunity for Malaysians residing in Guangzhou to get together in the spirit of 1 Malaysia and also enhanced the “Semangat Muhibbah” among them.
