On 21 May 2022 (Saturday), the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou in collaboration with MAYCHAM GBA organised Hari Raya Celebration at Little Papa Restaurant. Multi-racial Malaysians participated in the event.
PERWAKILAN also prepared some Hari Raya’s signature dishes such Rendang Beef and Chicken, Nasi Impit and Lemang. The event also promoted the cuisine and tradition of Hari Raya to other races and Chinese people in Guangdong.
Mr. Consul General had addressed on the event. He highlighted that the Government of Malaysia always concern about Malaysians’ welfare wherever they are. In addition, the Consul General also reminded Malaysians to register with the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou and to always keep up the good name of Malaysia and comply with the local regulations and law.
