MALAYSIA FOOD PROMOTION AT THE BRITISH SCHOOL OF GUANGZHOU INTERNATIONAL DAY
PERWAKILAN Guangzhou opened a booth selling and promoting Malaysia food at the British School of Guangzhou International Day which was held on 2 March 2024.
Among the Malaysian fare sold were nasi lemak, chicken rendang, net pancake with chicken curry, curry puffs and traditional Malaysian desserts such as pulut inti, kuih keria and ondeh-ondeh. The Malaysia booth also sold Malaysian ice-cream with three flavors which are milo, rose and salted dried plum, teh tarik and hot Milo. Some 2,000 people attended the fair and parts of the proceeds of the sales were donated to charity.
