Malaysian Community Gathered for Hari Raya Celebration

On 6 September 2013, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou hosted a Hari Raya Gathering at the Penang Restaurant Guangzhou. Over a hundred Malaysians and their family turned up at the event. In his opening speech, the Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Francisco Munis advised all Malaysians to continue upholding Malaysia’s image and thanked the Malaysia Community for their continuous support in promoting Malaysia as well as in putting up effort to promote the “Semangat Muhibbah” among Malaysians in Guangzhou through the Malaysian Association of Guangdong (MAG). Also present during the gathering were the President of MAG, Mr. Yap Chong Hong and the Malaysian Students Association of Guangdong President Mr. Tong Boon Kong.
