Mission in collaboration with MAYCHAM GBA organised Malaysian Food and Culture Festival in conjunction with the Hari Raya Celebration at Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou on 31 May 2022.
The guests of honour were Mr. He Ru Sheng, Deputy Director General of Guangdong Foreign Affairs Office and Mr. Zhang De Cun, Director General of Guangzhou Foreign Affairs Office. Besides that, consular corps, Malaysian and Chinese businessmen had attended the event.
The event had successfully promoted Malaysian Food and Culture. Most of the guests are happy with the Malaysian food and the programme of the event which included Musang King Durian Tasting, Live Singing and Lucky Draw. The event also gave an opportunity to Malaysian companies to showcase their products. Besides that, the event also exhibited the paintings and clothes of Malaysia.
