NOTICE ON CONSULATE GENERAL OF MALAYSIA’S OPERATIONS,
3-7 FEBRUARY 2020
In efforts to prevent the spread of, and contain 2019-nCoV, the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government has requested the entities in its jurisdiction should resume work not earlier than 24hrs of 9 February 2020, expect for those providing essential/emergency services.
In this regard, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou will be closed from Monday, 3rd to Friday, 7th February 2020. The Consulate General’s staffs will work from home. The Consulate General is scheduled to resume normal operations on Monday, 10th February 2020 (subject to review).
Even though the Consulate General’s office is closed, please no not hesitate to contact our duty officer at (+8618802087683) or (mwguangzhou@kln.gov.my) should you require essential/emergency consular services.
