Mr. Muzambli Markam, the Consul General of Malaysia hosted the Raya Open House for the Malaysian community residing in Guangzhou on Saturday, 18 July 2015. The event was organized at the Rumah Malaysia in Guangzhou.
The open house which began from 12.00pm till 3.00pm was attended by Malaysians not only from Guangdong province, but also those working in Hunan province. Guests were feted with various Malaysian dishes which included Nasi Ayam, nasi himpit, lemang, rendang, satay ayam and daging, mee kari, char kueh teow and assorted kuih muih.
More than 100 Malaysians including Home Based Staff (HBS) and family members attended the event.
