From 4-8 November 2013, the Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Francisco Munis together with HBS/LRS Staff attended the Sistem Perakaunan Luar Negeri SPLN Course conducted by the Finance Division of Wisma Putra which was held at the Consulate General of Malaysia, Guangzhou.
