Ladies and Gentlemen

Selamat Datang /Huan Ying/ Welcome to the “Colours of Malaysia”.

Malaysia and China have for hundreds of years, made constructive exchanges in many areas of mutual benefits including tourism. Tourism exchange is a bridge to foster greater relations. It is a platform for people between two or more nations to interact in advancing their knowledge and appreciation towards each other. Having said that and for that noble reason, today we take another step forward to bring people of both countries together.

For the next three days, as a prelude to you to know and to love Malaysia, we would like to offer to you the people of Foshan, an introductory experience of “Malaysia Truly Asia”. For a start, we will present and introduce to you sampling of Malaysia’s rich food and cultural flavours. There are more of course, but to be fair we will have to reserve it for you to truly experience it in Malaysia.

From its breathtaking white sandy beaches to the fresh tropical waterfalls, these beauties of nature complimented with the mouthwatering cuisine and the extraordinarily pleasant multi-ethnic people, Malaysia is just the place for you to experience the wonders of Asia.

Why not make Malaysia as your next holiday destination to complete your quest of Malaysia here in Foshan today. And why not come again to Malaysia to continue your adventures. After all, it will only take three hours of your time to fly to the nearest point of this truly Asia destination.

Last but no least, I wish to commend the Tourism Malaysia Office to the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou and also all participating travel agents for making this "Colours of Malaysia" event in Foshan a reality. Enjoy the food and cultural performance presented especially for you all this evening but don't forget to reserve your ticket with the participating travel agents.

Thank you and we hope to see you in Malaysia.
