The "Flavours of Shaanxi, Bonds of Five Continents: Village Chefs Meet Diplomatic Envoys Culinary Cultural Exchange” was held on 23 April 2026 at Palanya Central Asian Restaurant. The event was hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government, and Ms. Farah Rakesh, Consul General of Malaysia in Xi’an, was invited to deliver the opening remarks.
The event aimed to further deepen cultural exchange between the Shaanxi diplomatic corps. Participants presented traditional dishes from their respective countries, while chefs from the Lantian Vocational Education Centre showcased live culinary demonstrations.
