On 15 October 2023, Consul General Mr. Lum Wan Liang attended the Opening Ceremony of the 9th International Art Festival held at the Chang’an Le Grand Theatre with the theme "A New Chapter of the Silk Road, Better Days of a Bright Future,". The festival also hosted special events like Malaysia Culture Day and International Modern Art Week.
