On 17 November 2025, the Embassy of Malaysia in Berlin organised a briefing on the outcomes of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits held from 26-28 October 2025. The event was held at the Library, Waldorf Astoria and attended by diplomatic corps, German ministries and agencies, business associations, think-tanks, Non-Profit Organisations, private sectors, and journalists.
The objective of the briefing was to inform the invitees of the key decisions and developments during the Summits including Malaysia's role and contributions. The briefing also served to highlight Malaysia’s regional priorities and its proactive role as the Chair of ASEAN in 2025.
