FRIENDS OF MALAYSIA

The High Commission of Malaysia with the assistance from Perwakilan Suva has successfully organised a luncheon for "Friends of Malaysia" on 10th December 2014. The invitees were Fiji's senior officials from various ministries and government agencies, businessmen and NGOs. The program was inagurated by Mr. Edi Irwan Mahmud, CDA a.i with a short speech that touched on the current economic situation in Malaysia and Malaysia's official activities in 2015 such as the Chairmanship of ASEAN 2015, Non-Permanent Seat Member of United Nation Security Council (UNSC) and LIMA 2015. Guests were served with Malaysian famous Nasi Lemak, Soto, Chicken Murtabak, fried noodle, Bubur Kacang and lyhee pudding.
