On 6 June 2024, H.E. High Commissioner Nor' Azam Mohd Idrus had an engagement with Hon. Ampelosa Manoa Tehulu, Acting Minister for Foreign Affairs of Tuvalu immediately after his presentation of credentials. They had extensive discussions on fostering bilateral relations with Tuvalu across multiple fronts. Potential exchange of visits, capacity building, and trade, among others, were discussed.
