The purpose of the recently launched national sports day (Hari Sukan Negara, HSN2023) is to encourage Malaysians to embrace sports as a lifestyle choice. The High Commission of Malaysia in Suva, Fiji (MW Suva) joined in on the action and was able to sweat it out playing badminton and basketball as well as running a 10K and going for a 2K walk.
