On 31 December 2025, Secretary General Dato' Sri Amran Mohamed Zin, received a courtesy visit from the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye, H.E. Emir Salim Yüksel. The discussion focused on the preparations for the organization of the First High-Level Strategic Council (HLSC) Meeting and strategic issues of mutual interest between the two countries, which will be discussed during the meeting. Prime Minister and the President of the Republic of Türkiye will co-chair the HLSC meeting.
