H.E. High Commissioner Nor’ Azam Mohd Idrus (“TYT”) met with Sir Ratu Epeli Nailatikau, former President of the Republic of Fiji at the Coffee Hub. This meeting enabled TYT to reestablish contact with the former President. Sir Ratu Epeli Nailatikau was the President when TYT was the chargé d'affaires during his first tour of duty in Suva (2009-2014). Various issues relating to the promotion of peace, stability, were discussed. In the context of combatting HIV/AIDS, they agreed education and healthcare play pivotal roles in both prevention and management.
