200923: Lunch with H.E. Mr. Michael Aroi, High Commissioner of Nauru in Fiji and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps together with his team from the High Commission of Nauru. Over lunch, Chargé d'Affaires Ad Interim of the High Commission of Malaysia in Suva (CDA) sought the invaluable support from Nauru on the candidature of Malaysia to the IMO Council, under Category C for the 2024-2025 term. Areas such as tourism, education, and healthcare as well as interest from Nauru in the MTCP - Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme courses were other main issues discussed.
