On 23 June, 2025, a productive meeting was held between the CDA a.i. of the High Commission of Malaysia in Accra and the CEO of the Chamber of Oil Marketing Companies (COMAG) of Ghana and LPG Marketing Companies, Dr. Riverson Oppong. The discussions centered around exploring new avenues of cooperation in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on technology transfer, sustainable energy solutions, and local capacity-building.
With Malaysia's vast experience through Petronas and other industry leaders, we are optimistic about creating joint ventures and partnerships that will benefit both nations. The potential for growth in refining, energy efficiency, and renewable energy is immense.
