Dato' Zahid paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Edmondo Cirielli, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy on Monday, 2 September 2024. They exchanged views on bilateral relations, geostrategic challenges, and further strengthening the friendship between Malaysia and Italy. Dato’ Zahid was accompanied by Ms. Anna Ceppaluni, Honorary Consul of Malaysia in Napoli and Ms. Nidyakala Manian, Second Secretary, Embassy of Malaysia, Rome.
