The press conference to launch the 23rd edition of the Asian Film Festival (AFF) was held at the Italian Chamber of Deputies on 2 April.
The Honourable Federico Mollicone, Member of the Chamber of Deputies, and Chair of the Culture, Science and Education Committee, stated that the AFF represents an important means of cultural diplomacy, highlighting how Asian cinema brings forward crucial and relevant issues of today’s world.
AFF Director Antonio Termenini emphasized the ongoing partnerships with Embassies and announced that, for the first time, the Festival will feature a dedicated Malaysian Day on April 14.

19:00 – Finding Ramlee
21:00 – Macai
