On 22 June 2019, Minister of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Malaysia, H.E. Dato’ Salahuddin Ayub, met the Minister of Agriculture Australia, Hon. Senator Bridget McKenzie at the 41st Session of FAO Conference. Both parties appreciated the good bilateral relationship in agriculture and look foward to increase trade between countries. Malaysia expressed its interest to learn from Australia’s success, in particular, the livestock industry. Australia welcomes the proposal and would work together with Malaysia to materialise the collaboration for the benefit of both countries.
