The Embassy of Malaysia in Tokyo was pleased to receive a delegation from the Open University Malaysia (OUM), led by its Vice President/Deputy Vice Chancellor (Learner Experience and Technology). During the courtesy visit, the delegation shared with the Embassy the objectives of its visit to Japan, including efforts to explore opportunities for international collaboration with Japanese higher learning institutions for mutual benefit.
