16 March 2024 – The Embassy of Malaysia Club (EOMC) organised an Iftar and Tarawih Prayers event for the Home-Based Staff (HBS) and their family members to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. A ‘potluck’ of Malaysian food was prepared by each family for the fast-breaking or iftar, followed by the performing of Maghrib, Isya’ and Tarawih Prayers, led by Mr. Mohammad Nor Ismail. To facilitate the HBS to fulfil the fourth pillar of Islam, a Zakat counter was also opened.
The annual programme has enhanced closer relations among the HBS and their family members.
