On 25 October 2025, the Embassy of Malaysia participated in the ASEAN Badminton Championship 2025 held at QSI International School, Astana. The event was co-hosted by the Astana ASEAN Committee and the Kazakhstan Badminton Federation, and organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia.
The championship provided an excellent platform for ASEAN diplomats and officials to foster closer relations through sportsmanship, teamwork, and mutual understanding, reflecting the unity and friendship that underpin the ASEAN Community.
