On 21 September 2025, H.E Ambassador Mohd Adli Abdullah attended the Education Fair organized by Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) at the Rixos President Hotel in Astana.
The fair was part of EMGS’s education promotion tour in Kazakhstan from 20 to 24 September 2025, covering both Astana and Almaty, with the aim of promoting Malaysia as a preferred destination for higher education.
The Education Fair showcased nine Malaysian universities and one international college, and was well-received by the local community, particularly students interested in pursuing higher education opportunities in Malaysia.
In the evening, representatives from the Malaysian universities visited the Embassy and had a productive exchange with H.E Ambassador on ways to strengthen cooperation and explore new opportunities in the higher education sector between Malaysia and Kazakhstan.
