On 23 April 2026, H.E. Ambassador Mohd Adli Abdullah met with Ms. Toxeitova Galiya, Head of the Tourism Department of Almaty City, at the Malaysia Pavilion.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on potential cooperation in the tourism sector, as well as to engage with participating Malaysian companies.
At the end of the session, Ms. Galiya was presented with a special teh tarik demonstration by Chef Zainal Abidin, who was brought from Malaysia for KITF 2026.
