On 4 December 2025, H.E. Ambassador Mohd Adli Abdullah participated in the Aqtobe Investment Forum 2025, which brought together investors and representatives from more than 20 countries, including international organisations, technology hubs, and major industrial corporations.
During the Forum, Mayor Askhat Shakharov highlighted Aqtobe Region’s strong investment potential, citing its strategic location, rich natural resources, skilled workforce, over 19,000 active enterprises, special economic zones, and promising agribusiness projects, all of which contribute to a favourable environment for long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
