The Embassy of Malaysia hosted the 67th National Day and Malaysia Day reception at the Rixos President Astana Hotel on 27 September 2024.
A total of 130 guests from the local government agencies, members of the Diplomatic Corps, academicians and the private sector were present at the reception. Representing the host government as the guest of honour was His Excellency Maksat Kaliakparov, the Vice Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan. While experiencing Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage and diversity through various performances and traditional music, guests sank their teeth into the sumptuous Malaysian homemade cuisines, specially prepared by PERWAKILAN Astana.
