Mr Johan Arief Jaafar, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim, Embassy of Malaysia in Beirut, Lebanon and Mr Abdul Hafiiz Abdul Kahar undertook a Consular Visit to Dar Al-Shifa Hospital in Damascus, Syria, as part of the Embassy's continued commitment to follow up on the well-being of His Excellency Datuk Dr Samir Al Kour, Honorary Consul of Malaysia to Syria.
During the visit, Mr Johan Arief met with His Excellency’s sons, Mr Ghayth Al Kour and Mr Tarek Al Kour, as well as other immediate family members at the hospital. During the engagement, Mr Johan Arief conveyed Malaysia’s concern, solidarity, and best wishes for His Excellency’s recovery.
