On 19 November 2021, Ambassador Azri Mat Yacob received a courtesy call by Lt. General Dato’ Yazid Hj. Arshad, Malaysian Joint Forces Commander. They discussed on the ongoing Malaysia’s commitment and contribution to UNIFIL, especially with the participation of MALBATT as part of UNIFIL peacekeepers.
