On 20 October 2021, Ambassador Azri Mat Yacob paid a courtesy call on H.E Abbas Halabi, Lebanese Minister of Education. Aside from discussing on potential collaboration between both countries, they also discussed on the current challenges in education system especially with the ongoing crisis in Lebanon and the COVID-19 pandemic.
