Hari Raya Open House 2011, Friday 2 September 2011
H.E.Ambassador Ilango Karuppannan hosted Hari Raya Open House on 2 September 2011 at the Embassy of Malaysia in Beirut. Almost 70 Malaysians including students, Malaysian peacekeepers serving in UNIFIL and YTL’s staff were gathered in the Embassy to jointly celebrate this joyous occasion. The occasion was also to welcome Mr. Nor Azman Taib and his family to Beirut.
The event provided an opportunity for Malaysians residing in Lebanon to interact and share their experience with each other. During the event, H.E. Ambassador also informed all the attendees about the preparation of the 54th National Day Reception to be hosted by the Embassy on 8 September 2011 at Movenpick Hotel in Beirut.
All the attendees were served with various Malaysian dishes and delicacies.
