Meeting with Director General of the General Security, Maj. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim
On 2 November 2012 His Excellency Ambassador ILANGO KARUPPANNAN met with Maj. Gen. Abbas Ibrahim, Director General of the General Security at the latter’s office in Beirut. The purpose of the meeting was to exchange views about the security situation in Lebanon.
