Lt. General Dato' Allatif Mohd Noor, Malaysian Joint Force Commander paid a courtesy call on H.E Ilango Karuppannan, the Ambassador-designate of Malaysia to Lebanon on 28 January 2010 at the Embassy of Malaysia in Beirut. Y.Bhg Lt. General Dato' Allatif Mohd Noor and three other officials were on a working visit to Lebanon from 27 to 31 January 2010. Following discussions, Ambassador Ilango Karuppannan hosted lunch at the Embassy.
