The ASEAN Committee in Rabat (ACR) came together to organise its ASEAN Sports Day on 21 and 22 July 2017. This is an annual event for all ASEAN Diplomatic Corps in Rabat namely a group of Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. In the spirit of ASEAN Community, this year’s event saw the participation of a group of Filipinos residing in Rabat.
So we have bowling, volleyball, ping-pong competitions for the adults and party games for the young ones. Each ASEAN family made pot-luck contribution for the lunch as well as for the tombola prizes. It was a hectic two-day event that has further strengthened the bond of friendship and camaraderie among the ASEAN families in Rabat.
