The Embassy of Malaysia in Lima hosted the annual MTCP alumni Peru chapter gathering on 3 May 2018 which was attended by 20 Alumni members. The meeting was held to elect the new Board Members of the MTCP Alumni Peru chapter for the coming term.
2. The Ambassador of Malaysia to Peru, H.E. Chuah Teong Ban welcomed the members and reiterated the aim of establishment and the roles and function of the formal committee of the MTCP alumni members.
3. Before the election, the members were invited to provide a brief introduction of their background and share their experience on the MTCP programme that was attended in Malaysia.
4. The office bearers are as follows:
President : Mr. Heli Jaime Barron Pastor, Head of the International Cooperation Division, San Marcos University
Vice President : Madam Luz Larissa Arce Ramos, Director of SUNAT
Secretary : Mr. Victor, Professor of the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University
Treasurer : Ms. Ing. Rosario I. Diaz Ramirez, Director at the Ministry of Agriculture of Peru
5. The Embassy of Malaysia in Lima wish to congratulate the new Board Members and will continue to support its activities to promote Malaysia.
