| Bubur Lambuk Community Outreach Programme – Ramadhan 1447H On 5 March 2026 (16 Ramadhan 1447H), the Embassy of Malaysia in Lima, in collaboration with Perwakilan Lima, organised a special community outreach programme through the preparation and distribution of bubur lambuk — a cherished Malaysian dish symbolising generosity and togetherness during the holy month of Ramadhan. This initiative not only commemorated Ramadhan but also introduced Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage to the diplomatic corps and local community in Peru. Portions of bubur lambuk were shared with fellow embassies in Lima and the Muslim community in Magdalena del Mar, fostering goodwill, friendship, and cultural exchange. The Embassy extends heartfelt appreciation to PERWAKILAN Lima for their dedication and teamwork in making this meaningful programme a success. |
