| On 30 April 2025, Malawakil Lima proudly launched Coffee Diplomacy, a meaningful initiative celebrating Labour Day 2025 through goodwill and strategic outreach. In collaboration with Gano Itouch SAC, a Peruvian distributor of Malaysian-made Ganoderma coffee, we shared over 200 servings of halal-certified coffee with foreign diplomatic missions in Lima. More than a simple gesture, this initiative showcased Malaysia’s commitment to fostering international relations, promoting high-quality products, and reinforcing its globally recognized halal industry. By blending cultural appreciation with economic diplomacy, Coffee Diplomacy highlights Malaysia’s vision for stronger bilateral and multilateral cooperation. The overwhelmingly positive response from the diplomatic community affirms Malaysia’s growing presence in Peru and beyond, marking another milestone in our public diplomacy efforts.
