| On 16 May 2025, Ambassador Ahmad Irham Ikmal Hisham met with Her Excellency Nancy Vizurraga Torrejón, Mayoress of San Isidro, at the Municipality of San Isidro in their first official engagement. The meeting highlighted past collaborations, including the successful La Noche de Malasia (Malaysia Night) 2024, which showcased Malaysia’s gastronomy, tourism, and cultural heritage through traditional cuisine, performances, and a screening of the historical film "Mat Kilau: Kebangkitan Pahlawan." Key discussions included strengthening diplomatic cooperation, fostering cultural, educational, and economic exchanges, and Malaysia’s participation in Expo Embajadas 2025 from 4–6 June 2025. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to bilateral collaboration and ensuring Expo Embajadas 2025 is a successful platform for international engagement. |
