LIMA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO HELP BOOST BILATERAL TRADE

H.E. Ambassador Chuah Teong Ban met the President of Lima Chambers of Commerce (LCC), Mr. Jorge von Wedemeyer Knigge on 14 April 2016 at the LCC’s headquarters to discuss trade relations between Malaysia and Peru.

 

H.E. Ambassador Chuah highlighted that both countries should explore opportunities to increase trade volume utilizing the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and also to give depth to the bilateral relationship which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. President Jorge concurred the proposal and LCC’s readiness to work together with the Embassy of Malaysia to enhance the trade relations to give a fresh impetus to the bilateral relations.
