Malawakil Lima participation at the Cultural and Education Fair organised by the Congress of Peru

The Embassy of Malaysia proudly showcased the nation’s vibrant heritage at the Cultural and Education Fair organised by the Congress of Peru on 20 June 2025. From the rich flavours of traditional kuih—Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Ketayap, and Karipap—to the graceful rhythm of Zapin and Joget and the beauty of batik, visitors experienced Malaysia’s multicultural tapestry in full.

A special highlight: His Excellency Waldemar José Cerrón Rojas, Vice President of the Congress of Peru, joined us in sampling our delicacies—underscoring how food bridges cultures and builds friendships.
