1^st Meeting between Consul General and former MTCP Participants from Mindanao at Cotabato City, Philippines 9th November 2009

The Consul General, Mr Mohammad Azhar Mazlan hosted a dinner meeting with 18 former MTCP participants from Mindanao with the aim at getting acquainted with them and to propose that an alumni be set up by former MTCP students from Mindanao for continuous networking and good rapport between the officials of Mindanao and Malaysia. The proposal was well received by the former MTCP participants.

The total number of participants who had successfully attended various courses offered under the programme since its inception is about 80 officials. As part of its ongoing outreach programme, the Consulate General would continue to extend cooperation and disseminate information about Malaysia to all MTCP participants in Mindanao.
