On 22 April 2026, RECON Philippines Inc. (Radio Emergency Communication Operation Network Philippines Inc.) paid a courtesy call on the Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh at the Chancery Office.
The delegation from RECON Philippines Inc. was led by its National President, Mr. Winston A. Abubakar and was accompanied by several members of the association. RECON Philippines Inc. is a civic organization duly recognized and accredited by the Philippine National Police – Communications and Electronics (PNP-COMEL), National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and Philippine Amateur Radio Association (PARA). The organization is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of the Philippines as a non-stock, non-profit entity.
