Consul General of Malaysia, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh witnessed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Cotabato Regional Medical Center and the University of Southern Mindanao on 15 April 2026 via video conference. This milestone reflects a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration in medical education, training and research, while expanding opportunities for students and professionals through knowledge exchange and capacity building. During the ceremony, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh conveyed his congratulations on the signing of the MoU and expressed his support for the continued strengthening of academic and medical cooperation between Malaysia and The Philippines.
