03 Sepember 2025 - The Consulate General of Malaysia in Davao City hosted a reception at Dusit Thani Hotel to commemorate Malaysia's 68th National Day. In his address, Mr. Deddy Faisal Ahmad Salleh reflected on the enduring friendship between Malaysia and The Philippines, stating that "our friendship is strong, resilient, and full of promise". The evening also featured cultural performances from Sarawak, showcasing Malaysia's rich heritage and reaffiirming the close ties that unite out two nations.
