DAVAO CITY – AUGUST 23RD, 2019: On 23 August 2019, a briefing on the Capacity Development Programme for the Bangsamoro (Teachers and Administrators of Primary Schools in Southern Philippines) was conducted by the Consulate General’s office. The course will be held from 26 August- 20 September 2019 under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP). The said programme is one of many programmes offered by MTCP to the Government of the Philippines annually.
